Employing high-tech materials and sustainable appeal is always an assertive idea in projects. The use of plastic wood in the renovation work of the Mondrian Residential Condominium followed the premises that seek to respond to the need to apply a durable and low maintenance material. In addition to these characteristics, the aesthetic appeal and similarity with the natural wood also impress, thus, the material in the finishing of ipê color constituted the linings, ripple panels applied on the walls, decks, benches for rest and the pergolate that connects two parts of the building of the social living area of the residents. The product exceeded expectations from the beginning by its versatility and contributed significantly to the new identity created for the headquarters; it certainly draws the attention of all who pass through the site.
